RENTAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in Atlantis on Amelia for your vacation. We look forward to making it an enjoyable memory for you.

DEPOSITS
A prepayment of 50% of the total rent must be made to reserve a condo by VISA, Master Card or Check. Final payment is due upon arrival.
For long term rental (more then one month) 50% of the last month ‘s rent must be made to reserve a condo by VISA, Master Card or Check.

A $200 credit card authorization (Visa or Master Card) will be required upon check-in to be used as a damage deposit.
The credit card authorization will be returned after the check-out inspection is completed.
The Tenant who signed the Rental Agreement Form will be responsible for any and all damage to the unit.

It is the rental guest’s responsibility to report any needed maintenance and repair problems as soon as possible. Reasonable wear and tear is the responsibility of the property owner. However, if you do cause damage in the property, you must report the problem and pay for the repairs.

EXIT CLEANING FEE
An exit cleaning fee of $85 for a 2 BR condo and $95 for a 3 BR condo is required.

 CANCELLATION POLICIES
A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to the date of arrival for a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations not received 30 days prior to the check-in date will result in the loss of the prepayment.

MONTHLY RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

1 month rent: 60 days prior to arrival;
2 months rent: 90 days prior to arrival;
3 months rent: 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations not received the number of days specified above prior to check in date will result in the loss of prepayment.

If a reservation change results in a shorter stay, it could result in the cancellation of the reservation.

If changes are made during the stay, it will result in the loss of the prepayment and the monthly rates will be adjusted to the revised stay .

RESERVATION FORM
The Reservation policy and the rules policy need to be signed at time of check in.

RENTAL POLICIES
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Maximum number of occupants in 2BR unit is 6 (when sofa bed is available).
Maximum number of occupants in 3BR unit is 8 (when sofa bed is available).
No refund for early departure.
Rates include utilities, linen, and towels.
For your convenience heated pool, and tennis court available.

All units have private balconies.

Sorry, no long distance telephone calls can be made from the condo phone unless it is made with a credit card, charged to your home phone, or made collect .

Each unit has it’s own internet provider and WiFi.
All units are smoke-free.

All Accommodations Subject to Florida State Sales Tax
